Nice, not one of your best ones but it's pretty kick awesome.
I dunno, I think she needs something to put her left arm on. It's set out like its resting on something so yeah. Sorry, not much for intelligent critique (but at least I'm trying?)

Her hands look like the need something to put them on or around. Maybe her son, daughter, or grandma. That could go with the sun setting as far as time passing.
it's really good. i guess you say you are not sure because of the space on the left (right side of the lady), you may add elements if you really feel like it, but i think is great just as it is right now.
Maybe cut of a couple inches on the left side, so that the image is more balanced, but, that depends on how you like stuff, you could put something there as well.
Looks sharp though,
(but i think with some inches of (almost to her hand), it'll have a more solid impression, and have that 'air' of old portraits.
